Saluda Grade’s growth equity strategy invests in promising early-stage, non-bank alternative lenders, originators, and credit-focused fintechs.
We focus on minority, non-controlling positions—typically at the Series A or B stage—where we can serve as a catalytic, long-term partner.
Our investment approach is highly selective. We look for companies with strong unit economics, dynamic management teams, scalable business models and significant addressable markets. We often support our portfolio companies with strategic insights, operational guidance, and capital to help accelerate growth and navigate scale transitions.
Growth equity is an extension of Saluda Grade’s vertically integrated credit platform. These investments are designed to offer mutual benefits: supporting innovative credit originators while enhancing our visibility into evolving asset classes and strengthening deal flow for our broader investment ecosystem.

AvantStay is a high-end hospitality platform, offering short-term rental property management, organizing events and off sites, and helping agents, buyers, and sellers trade vacation homes. AvantStay currently operates in over 100 cities, with a drive-to-market approach, including 1,000+ premier properties across their diversified portfolio, and an AUM of more than $2B.

Builders Capital
Builders Capital is a leading private lender focused on partnering with builders, developers and real estate investors to provide tailored construction and transitional lending solutions.

CV3
CV3 Financial Services ("CV3") is a business purpose mortgage alternative asset originator. CV3 was built to provide financing for non-owner-occupied investment properties, providing flexible loan solutions combined with experience you can trust. The founding team previously ran Civic Financial Services, where they funded more than $10 billion in business purpose loans before launching CV3 in September 2023. In its first year of operation, CV3 originated and funded more than $1 billion in loans.
