December 17, 2025 – Saluda Grade (SG) has closed Saluda Grade Alternative Mortgage Trust 2025-FIG6 a $356.6 million securitization backed by recently originated first- and junior-lien home equity lines of credit (HELOCs).

The securitization received credit ratings from Morningstar DBRS. Loan production was primarily sourced through Figure Lending, supplemented by originations completed on Figure’s digital platform by Figure Wholesale and approved white-label partners operating under Figure’s underwriting guidelines.
