Arthur Cao

Head of Special Servicing

Arthur Cao is Saluda Grade’s Head of Special Servicing and NPL. He joined the firm in April 2025. Arthur was previously Executive Director of Credit Suisse (subsequently UBS) and Portfolio Manager of VWH Capital Management. Prior to VWH, Arthur worked at Oak Hill Advisors as Managing Director in the Structured Products Group. He started his career at BNP Paribas Interest Rate Trading desk. Arthur received B.Eng degree with Honors in Engineering from National University of Singapore, and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
