Daniel Hoinacki

Daniel Hoinacki is the Head of Client Solutions at Saluda Grade. Prior to joining Saluda Grade in December 2023, he was Partner at MMX Management, a business development and capital advisory firm. Prior to MMX, Mr. Hoinacki served as a Managing Director, Client Advisory, at York Capital, a global event-driven and credit firm, where he co-covered North American institutional investors. Previously, he was a Managing Director, Head of Business Development and Investors Relations at Tricadia Capital and Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Carlson Capital, where he was also a member of the Investment, Operating, and Valuation Committees. Prior to Carlson Capital, he has held senior investment roles at Alstra Capital, Moore Capital, Morgan Stanley (Graystone Consulting LLC), and Glenwood Capital. Mr. Hoinacki earned a dual degree (BA) in Finance and International Economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (Booth).
