Deborah Box

Deborah Box is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at Saluda Grade, a position she has held since June 2022. She brings over two decades of experience in regulatory compliance and operational leadership within the investment management industry. Before joining Saluda Grade, Ms. Box worked as an independent Compliance Consultant, advising investment firms on regulatory strategy and infrastructure. Previously, she served as the CCO at Discovery Capital Management, and prior to that, at Lanexa Management, where she was brought in to lead a compliance turnaround during an SEC investigation. Earlier in her career, Ms. Box oversaw Compliance and Operations at Camulos Capital Management, where she worked alongside several members of Saluda Grade’s current senior management team. Prior to that she was the CCO at Lone Pine Capital and started her career in finance at Tiger Management LLC and Soros Fund Management LLC as a Compliance Officer. Ms. Box holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marywood College in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
