Head of Partnerships

Jay Ford is the Head of Partnerships at Saluda Grade. Mr. Ford joined Saluda Grade in June 2019 and is responsible for developing and expanding strategic relationships with alternative lenders and registered investment advisers around the country. He leverages his financial service experience to focus on delivering capital markets insights that drive portfolio value, decision making, and operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Saluda Grade, he worked on the Securitized Product Sales desk at Baird and in the Wealth Management division at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Ford holds a BS in Finance and Hospitality Management from Florida State University.
