Jim Boothby

Head of Business Development

Jim Boothby is Saluda Grade ‘s Global Head of Business Development. He joined the firm in March 2025. Mr. Boothby has over 25 years of business development experience, most recently at CIFC Asset management, where he was Global Co-Head of Business Development, overseeing teams responsible for sales, marketing, client service and product development. Prior to that, Mr. Boothby was a Managing Director in institutional sales for Seix Investment Advisors. Previously, he served in senior business development roles at firms including Palisade Capital Management and Aviva Investors. Mr. Boothby has a degree in Business Economics from the University of Liverpool.
