Marc Balmazi

General Counsel

Marc Balmazi is Saluda Grade’s General Counsel. He joined the firm in April 2025. Marc is responsible for all legal matters relating to Saluda Grade and its investment vehicles. Prior to joining Saluda Grade, Marc was Associate General Counsel at Apogem Capital, a multi-billion dollar alternatives investment manager, and prior to that an associate attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Marc received his JD at the NYU School of Law, and prior to that studied economics at Brandeis University and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
