Rick Hanna

Chief Operating Officer

Rick Hanna is Saluda Grade’s Chief Operating Officer (“COO”), leading the non-investment functions. He joined the firm in June 2024. Rick was previously COO of Capstone Investment Advisors, COO of Man Group Americas, and CFO of Numeric Investors (which merged with Man Group in 2014). Prior to joining Numeric Investors, Rick worked at Citigroup in various senior management roles including Managing Director and Head of International Strategy and M&A. He started his career at IBM, where he ultimately became CFO of a multi-billion dollar software division. Rick received a BA degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
