Ryan Craft

Ryan Craft is the Founder and CEO of Saluda Grade. His career has been defined by deep and extensive mortgage-backed securities and securitized product experience, most recently as the Head of Securitized Product Sales at RW Baird. Mr. Craft began his career at Merrill Lynch as a non-agency and subprime RMBS trader through the 2008 financial crisis, and later traded ABX and CMBX credit default swap indices. After transitioning to securitized product sales and becoming a top producer across Bank of America’s Global Fixed Income division, he was recruited to join Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to founding Saluda Grade, he also co-founded Unlock Technologies. Mr. Craft earned a BS in Finance & Management from Georgetown University, where he captained the Hoyas Varsity Baseball team and earned First Team All-BIG EAST honors.  

Today, Mr. Craft remains very involved with Georgetown University as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and Co-President of the Diamond Club organizing the Hoyas Baseball alumni effort.  Separately, Ryan is also a board member of the Aspen chapter of Young President’s Organization (YPO).
